An amazing crowd of more than 200 people joined us on August 28, 2014 at City Hall for Soup Ottawa’s 6th event, making it our biggest soup yet! Adam’s Apple Cafe served up a delicious Vegetable n’ Bean Soup, and Ola Cucina was a big hit with their spicy tortilla soup. The amazing bread came to us from Mel at Good Eats. A big thank you to everyone who came out to support these worthwhile projects.
The winner for the night, taking home more than $2000 was “A.R.T. (A Real Thought) in Action”, who hope to put on free art workshops for low income youth. Congratulations to such a wonderful project!
